I had a great stay in a classic room with a super comfy bed, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the pool was sparkling clean.

The location was excellent. Only about 10-15 min walk from Cologne Trainstation. Close proximity to all city sights.

There checkin time of 3pm is very late. Came across as slightly impersonal, though staff were helpful

Poor internet connection which makes hotel unattractive for a business trip. Woulld expect wireless connection at much faster speed. TV's outdated Whole hotel smells of cigarette smoke

The classic room here is equipped with a fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe, along with an exceptionally comfortable bed and the option for early check-in.

Nothing good was in this hotel and I intend to write to them.

The saff were unfriendly as if they were doin me a favor for staying in their so-called superior room. No internet. No bath rob. Not even a smile of the staff

We stayed during the Cologne Gay Pride 2011. This hotel is centrally located to the event scene. Closely to the route of the gay parade and the main event place & meeting place at Heumarkt. All the hotel staff were extremely gay friendly and we had a good stay there. On the day of check out, I asked for the extension of the check out time to 15:00 hour. The front office staff allowed me to extend until 17:00 hour without any extra charge. It was really appreciated. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when in Cologne. The value for the money.

The location here is fantastic and gorgeous, just a short walk from the city center.

The breakfast was super and great, the check in was early.

Everything worked. We even got a late check out at 4pm without any problem. Staff was extremely helpful and called us to tell us that the room is now ready (we arrived at 9am). Room was spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed the bar.

The location is fantastic, just a short distance from a decorative arts museum. It's only an 18-minute drive to the airport and conveniently near the train station.3. The breakfast choices are wonderful, including champagne.

Carpet was old and worn,One Bath Towel was in the bathroom.I had to ask for a second.Access to Internet costly and complicated.

The property was reasonably clean and staff was efficient. The classic room overlooked courtyard. Shower facilities, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries were a plus. It took us 17 minutes to drive to this pleasant accommodation from the airport.

Enjoyed our time at this place, the food was great and the location was super convenient, right near the city center. The staff were friendly and helped us out by letting us check in early and stay late. 😊

perfect location for shopping and city trip. good breakfast buffet. clean, though a bit worn out rooms.

1. Smoking in the hotel atrium. 2. Breakfast arrangements in Le Rotisserie: overcrowded, tables not cleared promptly when vacated, insufficient waiting staff, poor service generally. (But breakfast at the nearby cafe - Cafe Heumarkt, was very good.)
